1. Eating Reorder

This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services offered by PT Sehat Kaya Raya Bahagia (trading under the brand EATING REORDER), including through its website and mobile applications (collectively referred to as "ER"). ER is an online diet, nutrition, and weight loss community service that allows users to create unique user profiles, track their activities, food intake, and weight, as well as contribute information and content to help people achieve their diet, nutrition, and weight loss goals.

At ER, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our users' personally identifiable information and take appropriate steps to safeguard our users' personally identifiable information. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain what information we collect from our users when they interact with ER, including personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information that we collect, how we use that information, whom we share that information with, and what steps we take to protect that information.

2. The Collection and Use of Information by ER

ER users are required to register before they can use ER services. During registration, ER collects certain personally identifiable information that identifies users personally, such as name and email address.

3. Health Data

ER may access health data through integrations with other services such as Apple HealthKit API and Google Fit API (collectively referred to as "Health Data Services"). ER will not use or disclose health data obtained through Health Data Services to third parties for advertising, marketing, or other usage-based data mining purposes other than for health improvement or health research purposes. ER will not disclose any health data obtained through Health Data Services to third parties without written consent from the user.

4. Information Tracking

ER and our other advertisements or email messages may contain "cookies" and other technologies such as pixel tags. These technologies help ER better tailor our services to users and to facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements or messages. ER does not link information stored in cookies to personally identifiable information submitted. Additionally, most browsers allow users to disable cookies.

5. Security Information

ER takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of users' personal data. This includes internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices as well as security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to the systems where we store personal data.

ER limits access to users' personal information to employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to sanctions, including termination of employment and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

By participating in the Eating Reorder Meal Plan program, you agree and accept all of these disclaimers.

  1. You are in full consciousness and without any coercion from anyone to participate in the Eating Reorder Meal Plan program.
  2. You are in good physical condition and health when undertaking this healthy diet program, therefore EATING REORDER assumes that you have consulted with your doctor prior to starting the Eating Reorder Meal Plan program.
  3. You understand that the EATING REORDER Program is solely for Dietary Regulation and not for Curing Acute or Chronic Diseases, and you are fully responsible for all of your Health Conditions.
  4. You understand that the success rate of the Meal Plan program may vary from individual to individual (results may vary and will be based on many variables, including but not limited to, individual capacity, life experiences, unique health and genetic profiles, starting point, skills, and level of commitment, and EATING REORDER in providing the Meal Plan program is based on the information you provide to EATING REORDER, therefore you agree that EATING REORDER is not responsible for the failure of the program on your physical condition).
  5. You understand that by participating in the Meal Plan program, there may be potential side effects on your health (side effects may vary for each user), therefore you agree to release EATING REORDER and the COACHES from any and all claims, whether civil or criminal, material or immaterial, for any side effects that may arise directly or indirectly from the Meal Plan program provided by EATING REORDER.
